New contexts and challenges led the group to adopt, starting in 2016, a segmentation strategy to better serve the markets it covers. This segmentation resulted in the implementation of a new corporate structure in which the holding company UTC Participações S.A. controls operating companies. It implemented Corporate Governance instruments and procedures that provide independence and agility in the financial and technical management of companies' projects and, at the same time, our Governance ensures alignment of values, principles, and business objectives among all companies.
